Fabrice Berrebi
Fabrice has worked as an equity derivatives trader in Tokyo, Japan for Credit Lyonnais securities from 1994 to 1996 before heading CL securities UK equity derivatives trading team. He joined HSBC Investment Bank in 1998, as Head of Global Index Trading. He stayed there until 2002. At this point, he decided to take the opportunity to embark in the entrepreneurial venture of Sapiance. He co-founded Aeriance real estate lending platform in 2008 which invested over €1Bn in commercial real estate financing strategies. Since 2012 he has structured and managed over €300M of residential real estate transactions. Fabrice graduated from HEC business school in 1993, majoring in Finance.
